The Kostrzyn Fortress offers visitors a fascinating lesson in Polish history over many centuries, from its foundation in the 15th to the middle of the 20th century. The company Kowalstwo Przemysław Szymański, for its part, made sure that trips to the Fortress can take place comfortably and safely.
A few words about Kostrzyn Fortress
To understand the intricate history of Kostrzyn Fortress, it is best to visit it and take advantage of the rich knowledge of the historians and archaeologists working in the area. Its beginnings date back to the fifteenth century, and the sixteenth century brought with it the construction of more magnificent objects according to Renaissance patterns. The following centuries have not stopped the development of the Fortress, and small modernizations have been carried out here to this day, in which the company Kowalstwo Przemysław Szymański also has a modest share.
Forged railings, platforms, and stairs – this is our work!
Thanks to the skills that Kowalstwo Przemysław Szymański contributed to the project at the Kostrzyn Fortress Museum, discovering the secrets of this unusual building has become much more comfortable. Some of its nooks and crannies could become dangerous for visitors without a right fence. The adequately selected rods, grids, and flat bars were used to create stable, wide platforms, walkways, balustrades, and stairs. The final effect has a minimalist form, which does not cause the slightest clash with the architecture of the Fortress.
